made by the cowboys ridin' the range with ingredients that
were normally carried by them or the chuckwagon. It's
come
long way and we feel we've really done better than ever.
Our
chili has always been good, but with tweaking the recipe,
it's
become not only good chili, but very easy to prepare,
packaged
in a convenient re-closable bag that will easily spice 5-16
lbs
of meat, depending on how strong and spicy you desire.
Simply brown some meat,
add chili blend and a little
tomato sauce, simmer and serve. For a

package all spices by volume and not by weight.
1 cup will season 5-8 lbs of chili meat
