1. Brown (gray) some ground beef or chili grind. (chili grind is simply beef very coarsely ground) ![]() | 2 . Add water to just cover the meat and simmer for a bit to make the meat eatin' tender.

3. Add Chili Blend and let simmer for a few minutes
|
4. Add 8oz of tomato sauce per pound of meat let simmer for 30 minutes or more. Add water if necessary or thicken as desired. Chili should be fairly thick as stew rather than soup. ![]() |
