4 steaks (top sirloin, striploin, t-bone
1 bottle of beer (or ginger ale)
2 sprigs oregano
2 sprigs parsley
2 sprigs thyme
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
Marinate steaks for at least one hour.
from marinade and grill on medium-high heat
until preferred level of doneness. Very tender.
Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce.
