Avery Island dressing, spinach-tuna, hot
crab dip, taco bean cheese dip,
marinated asparagus, southwestern fritters, Mexican lasagna, cilantro
pesto, and grilled red peppers, all from Rusty, and great recipes they are.
All these free recipes were donated to us by our great friend Rusty and
we've cooked all these (some with him and some without), believe me
each recipe in this collection is well worth the cooking.
Rusty, being of Cajun origin, raised in Texas sometimes don't know
which direction his cuisine is going to point, but the one thing for sure is
that it's always good. We hope you enjoy the talent of putting together
a recipe that he has. It was always funny at work, when the girls were
on break, talking Nascar, while Rusty and I were swapping recipes.
