
White Chili
1 tblspn olive oil
2 med. onions
2 clove garlic
3 (15-1/2) ounce cans white beans
2 pounds cooked white chicken
{shredded or cut into chunks}
2 4 ounce cans green chili
2 tspn. cumin
1 tspn cayenne
2 cups chicken broth
mix all ingredients together and simmer for
30
minutes stirring occasionally-- serve.
If desired--top with tortilla chips and sour cream
