
Chili Corn Pot
Melt 2 Tbsp butter in medium saucepan--saute
1 medium onion, chopped onion
2 large minced garlic cloves
1 chopped green pepper.
Drain 2 cans kidney beans
reserving 1/2 can liquid-
add 1 can tomato sauce [8 oz]--
1 can tomato paste [6 oz]
2 cans chopped tomato
3 tsp. chili powder
--2 tsp. salt-BLEND-
add beans and 1 can corn-simmer over
medium heat 20 minutes--Serve over rice
or cornbread
