
Squash Casserole
This was one of our Mother's favorite's
2 cups cooked yellow squash
1 can cream chicken soup
small onion--chopped
one-half pint sour cream
salt-pepper to taste
Mix together all the above,
melt one stick butter and toss with herb croutons.
Line 8 by 10 baking pan with croutons reserving some for
top, pour in squash mixture, cover with remaining
croutons. BAKE AT 45 minutes at 350 degrees
