1 lb. round steak
2 T salad oil
2 cups green beans, cut diagonally
4 scallions,. sliced
1 t salt
1/2 t hot sauce
2 medium tomatoes cut into wedges
2 T soy sauce
Cut meat across the grain into paper-thin
slices. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
Add beans and scallions, then salt. Stir to saute beans.
Add meat, stirring to saute quickly. Sprinkle with hot sauce to your taste.
Add tomatoes and soy sauce then stir. Cover and cook 3 minutes
