| 1 chicken or 4 breasts 1 lg bag Doritos 1 onion 1 cream of mushroom |
1 cream of chicken 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 lb grated velveeta chicken broth |
Stew and debone chicken, save broth. In a 2
quart
casserole dish, layer Doritos, cut-up chicken, chopped
onion and cheese. Repeat layers again. Combine
mushroom and chicken soups, Rotel and 3/4 can of
broth. Pour soup mixture over layers and bake at
350 degrees for 1 hour.
