
Taco Soup

| 1 lb hamburger 1 can ranch-style beans (do not drain) 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain) 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 Rotel can of water 1 can chopped green chiles |
1 pkg ranch-style dressing mix 1 envelope taco seasoning 2 Tbsp chili powder 1 tsp cumin (comino) 1 tsp minced garlic |
Brown meat in large pan. Drain grease and
wash with
hot water to rid excess grease. Put hamburger and
ingredients in pot. Add water to your desired consistency
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer 30 minutes.
Serve with cornbread or tortilla chips. This freezes
well for later use, or double recipe. Eat one, freeze one.
