Special Sweet Potato Casserole

2 C mashed cooked sweet potatoes 2/3 c evaporated milk Juice & grated rind of 1 medium Orange or 1/2 C orange juice 1/2 C chopped pecans	1/2 C flaked coconut 1 1/2 C miniature marshmallows 1 1/2 C sugar 1/2 C melted margarine 3 eggs
Combine Sweet potatoes with remaining ingredients in bowl in order listed, mixing well after each addition. Spoon into 3 qt. baking dish. Bake 350 Degrees for 45 minutes Yield: 12 servings
