Cherry Cheesecake

1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
1 (8 0z) package of softened cream cheese
1 (14 oz) can eagle brand milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla
1 (21 oz) can of cherry pie filling

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until it's fluffy. Gradually beat in eagle brand
milk until it's smooth. Stir in lemon juice, and vanilla, and pour into prepared
pie crust. Chill for 3 hours, or until it sets.Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Keep refrigerated.
