Dear Parents,
On Monday 5 -17-07 at 6:00 PM-finish we will be having
Athletic Physicals providing by Urgent Care of Pottsboro and Durant. There will be a charge of $15.00 (which is cheaper than any other place around here).
IMPORTANT!!!!!!!:
I am handing the forms out to the softball girls today and tomorrow. They will need to be filled out for next year. Please hand them out to your team. Everyone is required to have a new physical on file each year to participate. The athletes can get their physicals done any place of their choosing (personal physician, One Medical, Dr. McDonald, etc).
