Mexican Cornbread

1-1/2  cups yellow corn meal
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 beaten eggs
2/3 cup  oil
1 cup buttermilk
1 Tbsp (or more) picante sauce
1 #3 can cream style corn
1 cup diced or grated cheddar cheese

Mix together, pour in a greased and mealed
baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees
or until tests done. (Do the old toothpick trick)
