Italian Grilling Rub
Simple rub with Old World flavor.
Makes enough to season 2 lbs. of beef.

6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Combine all ingredients. Mix unil well blended.
Rub evenly over the surface of your favorite steaks for grilling.
