
Strawberries and Cream
| 1 quart milk 1 pint half-and-half 2 (14oz) cans sweet condensed milk |
2 teaspoons
vanilla extract 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into freezer container of a 5-quart hand-turned or electric freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Pack freezer with additional ice and rock salt, and let stand 1 hour before serving. Yield: 3 quarts. |
