Cajun Shrimp

1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup margarine
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp. basil
1 tomato peeled and diced
1/4 cup beer not cold
1-1/4 shrimp peeled and deviened
3 cups cooked white rice
Heat first 9 ingredients in margarine. Add shrimp and tomato.
Cook 2 minutes add beer and cook till is pink and opaque
about 1 minure longer . Serve over hot rice
